Samsung Galaxy S5 - The Top 5 Cool Features for the Non-Geek !!
There are lots of Top features articles in various tech magazines about the Galaxy S5 and as I read those it struck me that for non-geeks like me and the non-extensive user of all the phone features most of them seemed irrelevant.
Hence after about 2 months of use I am listing my Top 5 features ( not in order) -
1. Ability to activate the camera without unlocking the phone
Update - the phone tends to become hot if you use the camera in this mode for even just a few minutes.
2. S Health - the pedometer is the one I most use. The one feature I would love is a cumulative count for the month.
3. The Ultimate Power saving mode. Especially useful during travel and it allows you to customise by adding applications that you want to keep active in this mode. Use this while you sleep. Tremendous power saver.
4. Toolbox - allows access to your 5 most used apps from any screen. Customisable.
5. My Magazine - customizable and allows access to a variety of publications and news for a variety of themes - Arts, Tech, Business, Sports, Style, Science, Food, Living etc.
